1. General terms

This Policy is prepared with regard to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Personal Data and Their Protection” and the rules for collecting and processing personal data.

The Policy applies to intrider.kz, contact forms, the project brief, WhatsApp and Telegram links, email requests and website analytics.

By submitting a form, ticking a personal data consent checkbox or contacting us through the listed channels, the user confirms agreement with this Policy.

3. Data we collect

  • Contact data from forms: name, phone, email, Telegram, company name and task description.
  • Files and materials voluntarily attached to the brief or sent by email.
  • Technical website data: IP address, cookies, browser, device, page language, visited URLs, clicks, form events and interface errors.
  • Message data when the user contacts INTRIDER LLP through WhatsApp, Telegram or email.

4. Purposes of processing

  • To reply to a request, clarify the task and prepare an estimate of price, timing and scope.
  • To communicate about a project, record requests in CRM and notify the responsible manager.
  • To check forms, analytics, ads and website pages, and to fix technical errors.
  • To protect the website from spam, abuse, unauthorized access and actions that interfere with the service.
  • To comply with requirements of Kazakhstan law where applicable.

5. Legal basis and consent

  • The main basis for processing is the user’s consent given by submitting a form, ticking a checkbox, sending an email, making a call or messaging us.
  • Consent remains valid until the purposes are reached, consent is withdrawn or the retention period expires, unless a longer period is required by law.
  • The user may withdraw consent by sending a request to info@intrider.kz. After the request is received, processing stops within the timeframes required by Kazakhstan law unless further storage is required by law or contract.

6. Transfer to third parties

  • Data may be processed by services that help receive requests, store correspondence, maintain CRM, send notifications, analyze visits and protect the website.
  • These services may include hosting providers, email services, CRM, Telegram, WhatsApp, analytics services and technical contractors maintaining the website.
  • INTRIDER LLP does not sell personal data or transfer it to third parties for their own advertising.

7. Cross-border transfer

  • Some services used for communication, hosting, analytics or notifications may be located outside the Republic of Kazakhstan.
  • If processing involves a cross-border transfer, it is performed with the user’s consent or another basis allowed by Kazakhstan law.

8. Retention period

  • Requests and correspondence are stored as long as needed to reply to the user, prepare a proposal, run the project and protect the lawful interests of INTRIDER LLP.
  • Technical analytics and log data are stored for the period needed to check website operation, security and errors.
  • If the user withdraws consent, data is deleted or anonymized when further storage is not required by law, contract or protection of the operator’s rights.

9. Data protection

  • Access to data is limited to employees and contractors who need it to process a request, support the website or perform a project.
  • Technical and organizational measures are used: access limits, passwords, HTTPS, backups, event logs and error checks.
  • If a personal data security incident is detected, INTRIDER LLP acts under the notification rules set by Kazakhstan law.

10. User rights

  • The user may request information about their personal data, processing purposes, source of data and persons to whom the data was transferred.
  • The user may request correction, blocking or deletion of data if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate or processed without a lawful basis.
  • Requests can be sent to info@intrider.kz. The request should include a reply contact and information that helps find the request.

11. Cookies and analytics

  • The website uses cookies and technical events to keep interface state, count visits, see form errors and understand which pages need improvement.
  • The user may limit cookies in browser settings. In that case, some website functions may work differently.

12. Policy updates

  • INTRIDER LLP may update this Policy when the website, services or legal requirements change.
