All cases
The client's assortment depends on several suppliers. Manually merging prices, stock and descriptions takes too long and creates duplicates, outdated items and product-card errors.
What we built
We built a system that collects data from different sources, converts it into one format and lets the manager review it before publishing.
We also defined matching rules: how to merge similar items, handle missing stock, mark questionable products and keep manual control where it matters.
Result
Assortment updates became a regular process instead of a multi-day manual task. The team sees supplier changes faster and spends less time fixing product cards.
